BROADBEACH THEATRE ENSEMBLE – GRADES 7 – 12

Our ZigZag Theatre Ensemble is a training program for committed young people, designed to prepare them to enter the performing arts industry. It a semester long commitment.

In the first term we will hone their skills in improvisation, devising, voice, movement and character. In term two students will use these acquired skills to create a performance with their ideas at the core. Members are invited to take on different roles within the creative process and will truly learn about all aspects of producing a stage production.

Members will collaborate with each other and an industry professional to produce a high-quality showing to be performed at the end of each semester.
